About
I-Health is a platform that helps people find the best alternative therapy option, based on Ai technology.
It leverages this technology to generate a differential diagnosis or clinical plan based on a submitted clinical problem representation. It combines with context, including evidence-based guidelines, schemas, and case studies, to achieve a high level of clinical excellence in our AI outputs. By the end of the diagnosis creation, a human being certified therapist reads the diagnosis and makes some adaptations, if needed.
The project was born to give people a professional and fastest alternative therapist diagnosis.

Usability Research
After further investigation, I discovered that the I-Health platform offers a unique service that combines AI technology with a human being in the same progress, this combination makes the platform valuable.
I decided to expand the scope of my research to examine areas that include features and elements similar to those in I-Health to get inspiration from those sites.

Understanding User’s Needs
To fully define the user's needs and desires, I conducted interviews with potential users. In these interviews, I have tried to understand people's main pain points while searching for alternative therapists. ​ Based on the insights from my research, I came up with personas that best represent the users I'm designing the platform too.

Gili lives in Tel Aviv with one roommate. Working for an ERP company, she's a developer and QA tester.
Surfing is one of her favorite pastimes. She travels on surfing trips several times a year and works remotely during those times.
Gili enjoys spending time with friends and attending festivals.
She is very fond of her dog, Bono!

Gili suffers from recurring urinary infections and often takes antibiotics, which weakens her immune system.
Opinions and expectations from the app
Gili believes in alternative therapy, which focuses on treating the whole person rather than just the symptoms or disease. They aim to address an individual's physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual aspects.
she would like to use this platform when she is out of the country, and whenever she needs.
She wants to stop the repeated need for antibiotics and strengthen the immune system naturally.
Wireframes
The wireframes were designed in a process involving many drafts until the current phase. They support the values ​​of the platform. The options were based on the concept of the platform, usability study, and additional new features adapted.

To optimize the platform's user experience, I have created a fast and accessible route from start to finish.
I flow customized the flow to the user's specific needs, which are looking for the best therapy. Simply and easily as possible.
User Interface Design
One of the main design goals was the combination between holistic therapy and Ai technology, as well as to achieve the users' trust.
The final UI design of I-Health aims to give the platform a pleasant, modern look and a professional reliable feeling.
The design is clear and inviting, with gradient button colors and rounded shapes.
The overall design was created to give the user a clear and satisfying experience while navigating the platform.

The home page is divided into several sections designed to give users a glimpse and direction of the platform's various features. The primary motivation is creating curiosity and familiarity with the product and achieving user trust.

The product page progress creation goal is to have a light, clean, and up-to-date experience that will help the user to have a professional and short diagnosis.
The primary reference for this page is the chat JPT.

The profile page shows information about the user, as well as the whole history, conversation, and past diagnosis.
The user has access to his whole privet information, and he can edit his privet details.
