Product Manager & UX Designer || BOA Ideas

2021-2023

• Managing the B2B shipping applications for an e-commerce SaaS platform, owning the end-to-end process from inception to execution; contributed to a 25% increase in user satisfaction and retention.

• Overseeing and maintaining multiple large-scale E-commerce Shopify projects, such as Terminal-X, Story, and Panda during the entire lifecycle.

• Creating detailed wireframes and prototypes to communicate the design and the flowers to potential users as well as the developers, to avoid future issues and misunderstandings.

• Conducting user research, and constantly identifying user pain points; collecting user feedback to develop useful and intuitive products, while optimizing the user experience based on the feedback.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including the management team, R&D, QA, Designers, Business, Data analytics, and more.

• Providing detailed specifications for both back and front engineers to improve communication and enable a smoother process.

• Developing the product Gantt, working by agile sprints, to move fast and work efficiently.

 

UX & Branding Designer || Smartech

• Redesigning and launching the company’s website; in charge of the UX and UI sides, as well as the research.

• Working closely with the developers, and supporting them during the development phase. 

• Rebranding the online store, reflecting the company’s values and strategy, as well as designing campaigns based on specific events.

• I was both designing hands-on and managing the design team, overseeing and defining the work between the teams, to ensure alignment and following the Gantt.

• Leading and working closely with editorial teams such as SEO managers, developers, copywriters, and social media managers and mentoring the ongoing performance.

Founder of Beachwear & Lifestyle Fashion Line || SALTY STORY
2019-pres 

• Founding and maintaining an E-commerce lifestyle brand including a website, brand identity, and marketing.

• Conducting market and user research (both qualitative and quantitative methodologies) characterizing target audiences, and developing a consumer strategy accordingly.

• Creating a fashion line collection, owning the design from concept to delivery, including the production process (importing textiles, working with tailors and suppliers, etc).
